Press Sec. Sean Spicer spoke of the impending relocation of the American Embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv on Sunday last. Mr. Spicer said, “the president has made clear that Israel has not gotten the respect it deserves,” as the explanation behind President Trump’s intention to move the embassy. However, the W.H. is treading lightly amid warning of fierce backlash from Palestinians and Arab states. Israeli PM Netanyahu welcomes the change of course in American policy towards the region.
