President Trump fired the acting attorney general, Sally Yates, on Monday for defying his executive order for banning refugees into the country. Yates had questions considering the lawfulness of the order, even though it was already deemed lawful by the Justice Department’s Legal Counsel, and whether it was a “wise or just” policy. President Trump has asked for the confirmation of Senator Jeff Sessions.
