Like other media stories, this one paints Newt Gingrich as a crazy, right-wing, evangelical, Palestinian hating, overly conservative GOP candidate. As it turns out, they couldn’t be more correct. After making one outlandish statement after another, you would have think someone in the Gingrich campaign would have tried to do a little damage control and actually moderate the amount of crazy Newt is allowed to spew on a daily basis.

The author, rightly, points out that unlike most of Newt’s current competitors in the GOP field, Gingrich is far more likely to actually do many of the crazy things he has talked about during the GOP Primaries. And, lets face it, Gingrich has voiced some of the most vehement Pro-Israel and Anti-Palestinian rhetoric to be heard from a Presidential Candidate in modern memory. Overlooking some of the more unbelievable things Gingrich has said pertaining to Congress and the Supreme Court, it is not a surprise that the international community (especially the Middle East) is wary of a possible Gingrich Presidency.
