Thomas L. Friedman posted an article in The New York Times yesterday asserting that there is a development at the West Bank of a Third Intifada growing. He asserts that this Third Intifada will work as opposed to the last two, because this group is using non-violent resistance protest tactics and economic boycotts.
Friedman points out that this Third Intifada is not led by Palestinians but by the European Union in Brussels and other opponents of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank across the globe. Secretary of State John Kerry warns that protests and economic boycotts to attempt to legitimize the state of Israel will only get worse if peace talks fail.
