Haters beware — Aminah Iro and Hannah Halpern are here to crush religious stereotypes with the power of art alone.
The young slam poets delivered a powerful performance about the discrimination and ignorance they face from outsiders, as well as within their own Muslim and Jewish religious communities, at the Brave New Voices 2013 Quarter Finals in Washington, D.C.
