On Saturday a seventeen year old Palestinian girl was shot and killed after attemting to stab a Israeli army soldier in Hebron, and Israeli occupied area in the West Bank. The incident occured in Hebron near a shared religious site knwon as the Cave of the Patriarchs to the Jews and Ibrahimi Mosque to the Muslims. The article say that since the start of October the Israeli forces have killed 173 Palestinians and 27 Israelis have been killed by Palestinians.
This is just the most recent case of a young Palestinian being killed at an Israeli checkpoint in Hebron. Several other separate cases these past few months had similar circumstances of Palestinian teens being shot to death by Israeli forces in Hebron at checkpoints.
