During the Sixth Palestinian Congress, a resolution condemning the erection of electrical poles and wiring was passed. This revolution specifically named Pinhas Rutenberg when referring to the power infrastructure they were protesting. This makes Rutenberg the only Zionist to be specifically named in any of the Palestinian Congresses.
