Continued unrest resulted in violence and death today at the refugee camp at Jenin. The IDF launched a nighttime arrest raid in search of suspected members of Hamas, where they were confronted by an angry crowd, who threw rocks and pipe bombs at the soldiers, who opened fire in response, killing one and injuring others. This is the second incident there over the last month, with a similar raid just last week resulted in an IDF soldier wounded by an explosive device.
