Israel claims that ‘Professional Failures’ led to the attack on red crescent convoy

After an internal investigation into the killing of 15 medics, the IDF fired a deputy commander and claimed that professional failures led to the attack. This comes after international outcry over the killings and footage which contradicted the initial Israeli response in which they claimed to ambush Hamas.
